VERIFY
YOUR
CLEAN.

Cleaning to spec means nothing if you can't prove it. These tools put the particle count in your hands — on your floor, in your process, with results your customers can keep on file.

New oil from the drum is ISO 18/15 — already too dirty for servo valves. Knowing your number before you start is the difference between clean and compliant.
OEMs including Caterpillar and Parker publish ISO cleanliness requirements. Non-compliance voids warranties. Verification is your paper trail.
80% of hydraulic failures are caused by contamination introduced during fabrication. Verification closes the loop between cleaning and confidence.
No other retailer in this space connects cleaning equipment to verification equipment. CleanSpec is the only platform that treats these as one process.

From portable particle counters for the shop floor to patch test kits for field verification — every option below is specified for hydraulic fluid cleanliness to ISO 4406.

02 — Field Test Kit
CS-PATCH KIT
Gravimetric Patch Test — ISO 4405 Compatible
ISO 4405 gravimetric analysis — weight of contamination per mL

For shops that need a fast, cost-effective go/no-go check without a full particle counter. Flush a measured sample through a membrane patch, visually inspect under a loupe, and grade against an ISO reference chart. Ideal for field service, mobile hose units, and production spot-checks where a full counter isn't practical.

CS-SAMPLE
ISO-Clean Sampling Bottles — Pre-Rinsed
Pre-cleaned to ISO 15/13/10 — cleaner than any system you'll sample

Your sampling bottle is part of the measurement. Using a contaminated bottle invalidates the particle count before you even start. These pre-cleaned bottles are certified cleaner than any system you'll be testing — so the only particles you count are the ones actually in your fluid.

How It Works

THE VERIFICATION
PROCESS

Four steps from cleaning to certified result — done on your floor, in your time, with your equipment.

1
Clean your assembly with the right projectile
Use the CleanSpec configurator to confirm the correct projectile type, size, and launch pressure for your application. Clean first — verify second.
2
Collect a fluid sample
Using a pre-cleaned CS-SAMPLE bottle, collect a 100ml sample of the fluid flushed through the assembly immediately after cleaning. The bottle matters — a contaminated container invalidates the result.
3
Run the particle count
Insert the sample into the CS-VERIFY PRO. In under 60 seconds it counts particles at 4, 6, and 14 micron simultaneously and displays your ISO 4406 three-number code on screen.
4
Export and record your result
Export the timestamped cleanliness report via USB. File it with your assembly record. Your customer receives a documented ISO cleanliness code — not a verbal assurance.

NOT SURE
WHICH TO CHOOSE?

Our configurator tells you exactly what cleanliness level you need to hit — then we'll recommend the right verification method for your volume and application.
